For me, the process of making a piece of furniture begins with an inquiry or request from you, the customer. This is my first attempt at advertising, so up until now all of my customers have come to me by word of mouth. Usually the customer has either specific or general ideas about what they want. If we decide that what you want is something that I can provide, the next step is to set up a meeting. Most often this is at the place where the piece will be used. This gives us a chance to learn more about each other and lets me see the space where the piece will go. It helps me to get a better understanding of what you want.
I want to give you the best product and service that I can. In order to do this I try to listen carefully to the information you provide. I may be able to offer suggestions that build on your original idea and bring added value. All of this helps me get a better idea of what you want.
